Is there a way for the system administrator to manage the quarantine?

By default, every domain has a default ‘catch-all’ quarantine where all mail is stored for users that haven’t been assigned their own log in to the system. A systems administrator can manage the queue on behalf of their email users, or assign accounts for certain email accounts so end users can manage their own queues.

There are two primary ways you and your users can confirm or release SPAM from the quarantine. Using a extremely simple Ajax-based web interface, email users can confirm or release SPAM and non-SPAM items. Or, by enabling ‘digest’ emails, your users will receive emails summarizing their quarantines on a regular basis. Each message is listed by SPAM score, Sender, Subject, and has Release, and View buttons. Users never need to log into a web interface if they don’t want to which is perfect for people on the go.
